This week, the bond market has spent a majority of its time "on the putting green". This is due to a number of weak economic data points and uncertainty regarding trade futures. All of the movement has been speculative in nature, as traders attempt to predict what will happen with Friday’s employment numbers. As of today, traders predict that a September rate cut is almost a certainty.
